The manufacturer Onkyo has recently unveiled a new laptop, the DR511, with the particularity of the “built-to-order” method. This means that it is only assembled to order. Besides that, it is equipped with a 15.6-inch display (resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels), an Intel Core i3-330M processor clocked at 2.13GHz, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, an Intel HM55 Express chipset, Wi-Fi, an HDMI output, a DVD recorder, an AM/FM tuner and a TV tuner.
Onkyo released a new UMPC, the BX407A4, for the Japanese market. The ultra mobile PC features a 4.8-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It is powered by an Intel Atom Z515 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 512MB of RAM and an Intel GMA 500 graphics card. The UMPC also includes 32GB of SSD, a microSD/SDHC slot, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and runs under Windows XP.
Onkyo released the NX707A4 which is a 7-inch tablet PC. The tablet PC features a 80GB hard drive and runs on Windows 7 Starter. For other specifications, it includes an Intel Atom Z520 processor clocked at 1.33GHz, 1GB of RAM, an Intel GMA 500 graphics card, a touchscreen 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, memory card reader, a 0.3-megapixel webcam and also another 3-megapixel camera.
After the Kohjinsha DZ laptop, here is the Onkyo DX, a laptop with two screens of 10.1″ (1366 x 768 pixels)! This dual screen laptop has an Athlon Neo MV-40 processor at 1.6GHz, an ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card, Wi-Fi n, Bluetooth 2.1, 3 USB ports, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, an Ethernet port, all under Windows 7 for a price of $970.
