While Asus has announced availability of its ROG G73, MSI has announced its new gaming laptops, the GX640 and GX740, which respectively offer a screen of 15.4 inches and 17 inches, a resolution of 1680 × 1050 pixels, an Intel Core i7-720QM processor (there is also less powerful), up to 8GB of RAM, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5850 graphics card for the GX640 and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5870 for the GX740, up to 640GB hard drive, all in respectively 2.7 kilograms and 3.2 kilograms. Price: from 1,050 euros for the next month.
