The Kindle app for Mac OS X 10.5 and higher is now available, and this free application weighs 22MB. Many have sought since its announcement last October, when the iPad was only a rumor. With this app you can download Kindle books and read them on your Mac. The timing of the increase is entirely automatic, so you can switch between your Kindle and the iPhone on the fly, and resume from where you left off.

30,000 applications on the Android Market

And it does not seem ready to stop. In short, even if Google refuses to give the exact number of applications available on the Android Market (free and paid), an official of the firm informed the site mobilecrunch.com the number of the 30,000 had been exceeded since little.
To recall, the number of 16,000 applications available was taken in December 2009. This figure doubled in only 3 months, it’s still a sign of enthusiasm on the part of developers to the platform.

Opera Mini for Windows Mobile

This version, which offers a compression of data traffic up to 90%, provides tabbed browsing, password management, Speed Dial function and bookmarks. RIM launches BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express

Announced at the MWC 2010, RIM is making available for free download the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express software, a new free server software which will deploy the BlackBerry solution at lower cost. Basically, it allows the synchronization of the smartphones of the brand with Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Windows Small Business Server. Opera 10.50 available for download, Mac and Linux versions announced

Finally: the final version of Opera 10.50 on Windows is available for download. Self-proclaimed “fastest Web browser in the world”, Opera offers this version with a brand new interface, a private browsing mode, compatibility with existing Aero Glass, Aero Peek and Jump Lists technologies (Vista and 7 only).
Note that the browser is available for Windows in 42 languages, and that Mac and Linux versions should no longer delay to be available too. You can download the the final version of the Web browser here.
