The Kindle app for Mac OS X 10.5 and higher is now available, and this free application weighs 22MB. Many have sought since its announcement last October, when the iPad was only a rumor. With this app you can download Kindle books and read them on your Mac. The timing of the increase is entirely automatic, so you can switch between your Kindle and the iPhone on the fly, and resume from where you left off.
Bing is getting more and more market share in the place of search engines (it’s just above 10 percent), and with the release of an iPhone applications, the Bing search engine is getting serious about expanding their presence on every platform they can.

The alarm clock radio iP88 from iHome is the first product from the firm to include two dock connectors and can manage the audio of two iPhones or iPods (not simultaneously), but it can load them together. In addition, you can wake up from a playlist on a device. Features include optimized speakers, artificial 3D sound, up to 8 AM or FM pre-selects and an option gradually wake/sleep. Price: $150.
If you have not yet found your iPod soundstation of your dreams and God knows how many there are right now, Yamaha has just announced a new soundstation in Japan, the MCR-040, which offers a CD player, iPod dock, USB port, MP3/WMA compatibility, a power of 2 × 15W, all in 309×180x120mm for 3.9 kilograms. RIM has officially announced the BlackBerry Desktop Manager (BBDM) on Mac, to be released this Friday, October 2. You can download it for free from www.blackberry.com/mac.
The BlackBerry Desktop Manager is designed to work with Mac OS 10.5.5 and higher, and supports smartphones running BlackBerry OS 4.2 and higher.
